@Byul's Aunt 1 this ahould be call regressor not recarnatetion cause if you die and in somebody else body that call recarnatetion but if you go back in time that call regressor

Also it's only reincarnation if you were reborn as that person from infancy, else it's transmigration/possession. For it to be called reincarnation, you would either have to be that person from infancy or have recovered your memories from your previous life while retaining your current ones.
I also think reincarnation can be painful to if you have friends and are close your with family and are suddenly put in a different body it could be horrifying. It might explain why they always give them tragic backstories.
