I hate Selena's grandma so much. I feel like the author is trying to portrait her as a wise old lady, but from my point of view she just looks selfish and absurd. She says she didn't have time to properly teach Selena how to manage the family business do to her health issues, but we can see she still has time to have pointless conversations with Eizer. (By the way, she shows everyone Selena's personal stuff???)
