Aaaaaa the scene I'm hoping for to happen. I hope they don't change the scenes of the novel here since this particular events in the novel made the catalyst for Ryan and Eloise to learn what they feel to each other.

@gojos wife this will be lengthy so here it goes:
Spoiler!
If the story follows the novel, Eloise will find herself in real danger. While searching for Andrew, the area is struck by a devastating flood—something no one ever imagined. Andrew had been separated from his mother during the town’s rescue operations, and in her panic, Eloise volunteered to go back and find him.
At that moment, Ryan and Richard had just returned from rescuing townspeople. Ryan, however, was furious when he learned Eloise wasn’t safely inside Blisbury Manor as he believed, but had gone to Feltham instead. His anger was fueled by fear—he knew how reckless and dangerous her decision was given the rising waters and the threat of the embankment breaking. Despite this, Ryan rushed back alone to find her.
He discovered Eloise desperately trying to move a heavy stone blocking the barn entrance, where Andrew was trapped inside along with a baby sheep. Ryan managed to reach them just before the embankment gave way.
They freed Andrew, but as they crossed the bridge, the raging river threatened to sweep it away. To ensure Andrew’s safety, Ryan tied him to a rope secured on the opposite side by Richard and the townspeople, urging him to run across as fast as he could. Andrew made it safely just before the bridge collapsed, forcing Ryan and Eloise to retreat uphill.

Spoiler!
The two became trapped in Eloise’s house for a day. Though neither spoke openly about their feelings, their actions and emotions revealed them. For Ryan, the fear of almost losing Eloise without ever confessing his love left a deep scar—a trauma he knew he would carry forever if fate had taken her away.
There, they finally shared a kiss. Ryan promised Eloise that once they were safe, he would reveal his true feelings: “In a situation like this, I don’t want to hold you,” he said, kissing her hand again and again. “No matter what, I’ll do my best to get us out of here. And after I’ve made everything clear before everyone, I’ll take your hand without shame.”
@aeeeeeeeeeeeee sorry I mistakenly pressed the angry emoji instead of the love one but it wouldn't correct
