"As his childhood and otaku friend" another -1 point for Narumi
Maan I know this is a slow burn and her character helps drives the story and does go well with the all the other characters and they all tie in together supporting and accepting each other but da** her relationship with Hirotaka is still soo blaaand, it cuts close to real life stuff but in the bad sense rather than the good kind.
Hirotaka is still so much invested and satisfied with the just seeing her happy which kinda happens in real life too but at some point something has to give...
While this girl still feels like chapter chapter 1 with 0.1 development
At this point if they weren't together she'd be off making some other mistakes probabily the same ones, Hirotaka would be better off with someone who completely gets him and supports and pushes him, a real step forward and it should be easy, he's got a good job, real good looks, he's genuinly a good person all it takes is someone who can do what he does for Narumi when she needs it, yet all he gets back is "you're not my type" and "I can't see you flirting with anyone", literally not being taken seriously.
I dislike it even more knowing that the narrative is to push these characters together...bleh
