Guys I'm almost positive he is gonna get pregnant. The author drew a short comic on Twitter of them having a second baby. It was blonde like Byul and a boy. Byul 2.0 basically. Byul was jealous and started crying so Dojins sister hugs him and says "you have to make sure you still give the first one the same amount of attention as before. Byul will always be my favorite nephew don't worry Byul" or something like that. Idk if y'all know but in a lot of omegaverse the doctor will claim the omega is infertile. 90% of the time in these series the doctor ends up being wrong. Anyway bc of th short comic I saw on Twitter pretty sure he is prego lol
