So my theory is (probably gonna state the obvious) that the experiment people that the magic tower 'make' are not entirely made from magic but actually people who have potential to use magic. They kidnap kids and people and erase their memories and make them believe they are manifested from mana stone or something. It seems that the ML kept his memories which was with the FL living on the street begging. they're most probably kidnapped together that's why they were together when 'manifested'. I think the reason why he killed the OG FL'sfamily and every wizard in the OG story is because they killed her, the love of his life.
