@Here for hotties in this omegaverse the dominant alphas can use their pheromones to submit any gender (i mean logical, not only alphas but betas also can be a threat) . But the omegas sent can't be perceive by betas because its meant to attract alphas (kinda logical but in the early chapters the mc noticed the other omega's scent which isnt rly logical?) Anyway so the fact that he fainted doesnt rly tell anything abt his gender
