Even if she got addict to killing people, she should have only done it to villains, corrupt heroes and civilians instead anyone

@Anon right? It wasn't like heros coudlnt kill if they ahd a reason death was allowed she jsut chose to kill people who had promising futures and who were afraid of her who trusted her
