Realistically, given his poor health the best option might be an abortion, especially since he didn’t even know he could get pregnant. However, I’m 100% sure he will keep it. In generalthe authors would rather kill the mother than allow an abortion.

@CrazyLook The father's reaction is hilarious to me. Don't understand the hate towards him. The father's reaction is only natural although he has made a mistake too. Anyway. My guess is MC will try to hide it for a while since 100% Aiden will probably abort the baby as well if he learns that his life is at stake. He truly loves our uke.
