Comment on ChapterLove History Caused by Willful Negligence - Chapter 81
It seems most have forgotten Wooyeon is keeping Inseob hostage and he even hurt Inseob when he wanted to run away. Wooyeon is violent, possessive, a grapist and kidnapper. No amount of good looks will erase that. What Inseob feels is not love, nor he likes the s** with Wooyeon, just knowing he would never iniciate the act is enough to know he doesn't want to have s** with Wooyeon. He wants to go back to his home but Wooyeon doesn't give his passport back, and doesn't even let him out of the home alone. Poor Inseob is another victim of stockholm, and he is so weak and submissive that dares not deny whatever Wooyeon wants. It's so sad to see most think Inseob is in love and Wooyeon is falling in love pepe sticker

@Abcd it's not sad to think, they're very much IN LOVE with each other in their their own ways, but since this is a slow burn it will took another 80 chapters to see that
@oreki reika Oh this is a new excuse for grape I see, it's a slow burn. Not a good one though. If this is Wooyeon being in love... That would mean he is a black flag even after being in love and he has no redemption. Imagine saying he is in love when he grapes Inseob constantly and then makes him believe he wanted it by sl** shaming him, telling lies like he likes his thing or that's what he always wanted. It's disgusting your point of view.
@Abcd I honestly believe that inseob really is in love and it doesn't have to do with some syndrome. He already admitted to himself that he had feelings for Woon and that he knew those feelings would grow, long before he was held captive and raped.
I don't think I've read anything yet that managed to make up for all the toxicity throughout the plot.
From the novel we can know that woon will have positive development. waiting to see
@pew pew I think you should consider that with every bad action of Wooyeon, Inseobs love should decrease. He kidnapped him, mentally tortured him saying he wouldn't leave until he allows it and doesn't even allow him to communicate with his family if he isn't present during the call, he grapes him every chance he gets and then manipulates Inseob making him believe he wanted it. A normal guy would prefer death to being in Inseobs place. Inseob has been coerced and manipulated, Wooyeon succeded into making him believe he likes being graped like that and that he is in love. Yes, Inseob liked Wooyeon, was not in love because he didn't really knew him, and after knowing him he didn't fell in love. He still likes the face, he is a sucker for his looks, and has been coerced to believe he enjoys all that abuse, and worst, he is grateful for every crumb of his "affection" Wooyeon gives him. Nothing in Inseob's actions or words say love. It's pure trauma. But sure, let's call it love. I'll just end it here. I believe those who want to see love will see love no matter what. Still respect your opinion pepe sticker
@Abcd Yes, what you say is correct, but it is not my opinion. they are facts. he admitted that he has feelings for him and that he knows they will grow (which will probably happen in Woon's positive development). As for Inseob's feelings, they should no longer exist, but he does not have the characteristics of Stockholm syndrome, as he began to have feelings before the physical and psychological abuse (among others). Based on some spoilers I've read, I don't think it's impossible for these feelings to increase because toxic plots generally end in the same way. It was a pleasure to exchange comments. Have nice reads 🙂
@Abcd he will let Inseob go see his family whenever he wanted, he will read books to him every night to ease his anxiety, he will be ready to retire his career in a heartbeat if Inseob wants him to, he made a huge charity on Inseob's name to the orphanage where Inseob lived as a kid, he also refuse to have Inseob as his manager again bcs he doesn't want it to be too hard on his health, this is just a few things that he did in the novel btw
@Abcd ahh so nice to see sane person between all brainwashed people thinking this is love gif sticker
@Abcd

omg you are so fuc**** valid. Like it seems like people be forgetting that In-Seob did stalk this man because he didn't accept that he also liked him at the time as Jenny. He also feels responsible since people were pranking Jenny and he caught on but he didn't want to let her and her mental health get worse. He blames himself for Jenny's death and especially having her literally heart, he feels guilty. He has issues yes, and needs to work through them heavily. He's not a innocent cookie.

Wooyeon is literally a Sad***. (Prolly sociopathic too because they are the more violent ones, not psychopaths.) He is incapable of understanding the normal thought processes of what people usually are born with. Empathy is non existent. He is perfectly fine with himself and doesn't see himself as wrong or his lack of morals and enjoyment of others suffering. He can blend in and put on a mask by observing others, but his true nature comes out, hence the incident with his managers finding him beating a man; And him torturing the man in the forest before going to In-Seob to confront him (assault and kidnap him.)

He can’t understand that **HE** likes In-seob. For whether in-seob likes him back, I think it's a mix of guilt, his unrequited love from in the states, his unresolved trauma, being gaslit, and general stolkholm syndrome (Idk how to spell it.)

Relationships need to be based on equal dynamics. No one should how the power of the other. It cannot be a classified as a proper relationship if there isn’t that BARE minimum. Wooyeon holds the power and In-Seob at his will. This is not love. Unless he (Wooyeon) realizes that his thought process is wrong and is willing to fix that, then it could be love. But he already assaulted him multiple times and that's something that won’t just go away, so he would need a major breakthrough and Inseob needs to deal with his feelings and trauma.

@Abcd PT2:
So many people say "it's just fiction" but books and words have real life consequences. And grape and assault laws against LGBTQ people (and in this case, male x male) isn't seen as real or a valid experience. And since he's an actor as well, who's gonna believe a stalker nobody over someone who's been in the public eye with die hard fans. They will mostly take the side of the famous person, and shame the person for just trying to cause drama.

Laby (YouTuber) made a video like 4 days ago about situations in Yaoi manhwa (using jinx and its fandom) and I've been waiting for a someone with a large platform to say it with proper sources and evidence.

You can like a story but don't have to agree with what the characters do in it.
You can like a story but not agree with its message, as long as you can understand that what's being shown is being that what's being shown is being romanticized and wrong. You can hate a story and still read it. You can hate read a story to see if your views change and to challenge yourself. Just be aware of yourself and keep the same energy everywhere.

I applaud you for speaking about it too. Also your name reminded me of Nayeon's song ABCD lol. I am not sure if you like kpop but it's just a thought
