Ok here's what I think happened ,so it seems like it's some sorta zombie apocalypse and the MC was in a survival group with his lover and a bunch of other PPL who I think have already died and when the ml/Mr kidnapper found him he saved him but his leg was bit so to stop him from turning into a zombie he cut his leg off🤷
