Colleagues started talking bad about the girl and suspect that she might be two-timing another married director. A male manager went as far as saying he could be her lover candidate since she liked older married man. MC lost her cool and chides the manager which earned his scolding.

 

Later, MC waited outside ML's office, holding an umbrella as it's snowing. MC was surprised that she defended the girl who was 'snatching' other people's man. In this case, she thought she should work hard to forgive ML too. She was interrupted when ML came out and talked sweetly to her. He told her that he had left his umbrella in the office [ye better this is true or MC will never forgive you!!].

 

They went for dinner at a restaurant when they bumped into the guy-with-glasses (MC's co worker and candidate for ML2). They dine together and ML2 asked when will they get married. ML answered "latest by next year" while MC answered "not so soon". Situation turned awkward.

Chapter 29
