@Sakura  i am getting supports from my friends. Im trying to heal myself from those thoughts and yeah i've gotten better since i dont really attempt literal suicide anymore but right now im just suffering from self harm. i dont think im getting better and yes my suicidal thoughts are still there so it only takes something (that really hurts me mentally) to trigger it to make me actually kms (srry if u didn't understand idk how to explain this..)
