@Asahina San bro, you are so delusional. She is literally  mentally in danger by being with him. What do you mean think? Are we just gonna ignore all the things he did to her? 😭😭😭
@GachaMachi and what that servant did to her ? Masturbation....

Fuc**** ass**** servant deserves to die....
@GachaMachi look if you've read the manhwa carefully it was before he had fallen in love or even met her that he planned to use her to gain more access and power first by gaining the mine and the fertile land second by marrying an intelligent and woman of leadership to lead the dukedom in his absence so yeah here's that. Anyone in his place would be inflected btw telling the truth and spilling the deeds of  his plans as before but yeah the baby she miscarriage was a unfortunate loss at the wrong time but look at him now not only was he tormented by her fake death but never gave up on her even after she left he still sacrificed his position in an enemy country just to look for her and this doesn't expect a second chance c'mon, Gilles is a pervert he true dto protected her from, he always stood by her side saved her Damien is not a bad guy but such unfortunate events happen at the wrong time and place if only they met before with different circumstances would that make it up
@Ruby is a bi***
Im sorry that we even have hormones. He didn't do anything to her (not that I remember)
I regret everything I said. I read through the comments and remembered what he did. FU** THAT BOY
@Ruby is a bi*** bro, why do you keep referencing the servant? I don't give a fu** about the servant. How about she ends up with neither of them and runs away where she can be happy. Like she was happy without either of them. I don't know why you keep bringing up the servant I don't care about him, but the mail lead is not good either 💀
@Asahina San bro, This is not about whether or not he's a good guy or not. This is about if she wants to be with him or not, and she doesn't. She is suffering by being with him. I am not hating on Daniel for saving her life and causing the baby to die. That is an extremely tough decision, and I do not blame him for the decision. I'm talking about everything else he has done that has made her uncomfortable along with the fact that she doesn't agree with his decision. Just because he saved her doesn't mean she has to stay with him. But that also doesn't mean she has to go with the servant. There are so many more options in the world. It's not just those. And I don't know why you people keep bringing up the servant because I never talk about the servant. I'm talking about whether or not then being together is good for her and it's obviously isn't by the way she's reacting to him showing up and basically sexually assaulting her. She literally pushed him off when he kissed her at the party. She doesn't wanna be with him and she doesn't have to be. that's what I've been saying not that the servant is better.
@GachaMachi Let’s get real about Damien and her feelings for him. Yes, she’s had moments of discomfort, but let’s not forget the actual depth of her emotions toward him. She loves him that’s undeniable. You don’t have that kind of intense, conflicted reaction to someone you feel nothing for. The reason she’s so affected by his actions and decisions is because she cares about him deeply. If she were truly indifferent or wanted nothing to do with himshe wouldn’t be this torn up. Her frustration and confusion only make sense because she’s emotionally invested in him.
And about Damien he’s doing everything he can to keep her safe, even if his approach sometimes seems harsh. This isn’t about him trying to control her for the sake of power; he’s a man who’s terrified of losing the person he loves. His actions aren’t just random or selfish—they’re driven by his own vulnerability and genuine concern for her. Yes, he crosses lines, but it’s not because he doesn’t care about her boundariesit’s because he’s as deeply in love as she is, but he’s stumbling through it.
So while you may want to dismiss him based on isolated actions, let’s not ignore the actual connection they have. This isn’t some one-sided love she’s as entangled with him emotionally as he is with her whether or not she wants to admit it.
It's easy to jump to conclusions about Damien without recognizing the complexities of his actions and his relationship with the main character. Damien has consistently shown deep care and protective instincts toward her. Sure, he’s made mistakes—no one’s denying that. But the trauma she’s endured, especially the difficult decision to save her life over their unborn child, wasn’t just “his choice.” This was a life-or-death situation, and Damien was forced to prioritize her well-being, even if it wasn’t easy or ideal. This isn't something he took lightly, and he's clearly haunted by it too.
Now, as for whether she wants to be with him or nothat’s debatable. Yes, she may feel conflicted, but that’s partly because of her unresolved emotions and the trauma they’ve both experienced together. She does still care for Damien, and it’s obvious she’s torn. Her reactions are nuanced, not just black and white "I want him" or "I don’t want him." She’s grappling with a lot of complex feelings, and Damien’s persistence isn’t “assault” but rather his attempt to show he’s not giving up on their relationship. This is a guy who has given up a lot for her, and his determination shouldn’t be dismissed as aggression. Damien’s character is flawed, yes, but he’s also deeply invested in her happiness, even if it means facing these obstacles head-on.
@Asahina San I agree with you that his character is flawed but I'm more focused on her tha him. Like I said before I don't blame him for his choice because I understand what type of situation that was. He's not a bad person because he decided to save her life over his. But when you take in everything he's done to her it's hard to root for him. It's because he is flawed that he isn't in the right mind to be with her nor is she in the right mind to be with him. I get that her feelings for him are complicated but right now, she doesn't want to be with anyone, including him. She has the right to just be alone and by herself like she has been. That was the whole point of her faking her death. To feel so trapped in a relationship that the only way out is by faking your death is by no means a healthy relationship. That doesn't mean they can never get together. But like you said, they are both traumatized and that is not a good place to be in a relationship because as we have seen with them, it is toxic. I personally don't like Damien for other things he has done but if they get together I'm not gonna be mad. But I also want her to have time for herself until she feels ready to be in a relationship again. Which, she doesn't as we've seen the past few chapters. Also, real quick thanks for being super nice and patient in your responses. You make it really easy to see your point of view. Sorry for being really rude in my first comment. It's pretty nice to talk to you even though we are disagreeing 😅
