Don't mind this comment since this mostly just my biased opinion, so don't banter me for this. But why is that so many bottoms in BL manhuas always have to be so... girly? Like they seem like the equivalent of a woman but with no female genitillia and long hair. A lot of the times I feel like they make the character like this to have the audience (Which is mostly young adult woman) relate to the character more (Since a lot of BL authors are woman). Example of right now but why is he for real wearing a Night gown? I won't lie, he's pretty in it, but at first thye started with him weaing more masculine clothing that still fit the Mc's body shape still making him pretty, but it got subtler and subtler with how feminie the clothes got. It honestly looks like lingerie now. Not saying its a bad thing, but they honestly just make the bottom seem really pathetic... I have read quite a few manhua's and manga's where the bottom was exactly this sterotype and i genuienly enjoyed them, not saying that a story is gonna be perfect and not every story has to be a more masculine man to be a BL.
