It is. At first it's ok but in the latest chapters there is a ra** scene between 2 MC. Generally one of them doesn't understand how proper and true love works. Then something happens and he feels betrayed by the 2nd one, yet still wants to keep him by his side so he rapes him to the point that he can't walk or run away and traps him. He got beaten up by the 2nd (who still loves him) for what he did and but I think it's absolutely not enough and he should feel more guilt, regret and atone for that
