Hmmm...I have to disagree. Unlike POTN, the lord is the bottom while the commoner is the top, which is actually pretty nice. And, in POTN Lord Seoungho took a ridiculous amount of time (literally the entire season 1 & 2 of the manhwa) to realize his feelings and constantly abused the uke. In this one, the Lord is not abusive and actually realized his feelings pretty early on. So, to be honest, in my opinion, POTN is not at all the same plot other then maybe the fact that they are both historical manhwas.

Nahh I dropped painter of the night because I just hated that so much, this actually feels cuter and the lord isn't abusive and there's actually some character development lmao
