@Art do remind me how was Wano after it was closed off....
The thing is both had its bad side....But Harald and Oden both stood right in their own places....Oden and Harald both stood for their people to liberate them from the chains that they had been shackled too......if he hadn't then Elbaf would've much more closed off than Wano was and there are high chances that Imu would've wiped out the Island from existence and cause much bigger problem there.....

The closed off throne has been showed to him and the dream he had been chasing was just around the corner. To bad the man standing in front of his dreams was holding a chain to shackle them thoroughly
