Why is it a bad thing? Having a strong person at your side is a good thing right? It's not like he'd kill you on a whim. I feel like the author's not writing properly as something feels missing about why she feels this way.

@Dfang That feels a little foolish for someone who survived that long due to him. Being the strongest is only best when you're stable, but in war the tallest tree gets cut down first. Pretty sure the author is mischaracterising her.
@RecklessSavage this is Chinese transmigration/multiverse cultivation slop, it wasn't well written from the beginning. It's goal is to entertainment not quality. From the writers perspective, Ms. Pink Hair doesn't need consistent characterization, like every other female character in these cheaply made comics she just needs a thin waist and a fat rack

@RecklessSavage she's an annoying a** bi***, like 100% of pink haired women in manhuas/mangas. But unlike every other story, mc ain't hard carrying her, or giving her 50% of his treasures, even though she ain't doing anything.
@Maggot But unlike most, they actually went for the jealousy path rather than the typical 'fall for the knight in shining armor' path so there is at least that.
