But in season 2 Lerusha left Alyosha despite his pleas 😠and his heat will come soon and he doesn't have his Alpha who somehow look like imprints him

@Stuskja He's not. According to the one who gave the drug to Alyosha, it can only change an alpha to an omega, but it doesn't magically create a womb. And from what Lerusha said in chapter 37, pregnant omegas don't go into heat
