Priscilla isn't entirely evil. She's actually a kind-hearted individual who was raised to believe she's a hero. Originally meant to be a secondary martyr, a mix-up occurred during the handover, leading Desir to live out his life as a hero. She made a mistake that led to Desir's demise. Despite this, the Artemis System understands that the world will suffer if Desir perishes, so it constructs a parallel world filled with Desir's memories. Priscilla then becomes a martyr as a contingency plan.
