@PastaSouce My guess is that Seo actually found out that ah-in wasn't blind the first time that he met him. When Seo said he was going to get something else to use and poured wine on his di** ah-in messed up by yet again telling him that he didn't want to drink. Seo never mentioned what he was going to use so the only way that ah-in would be able to say this is if he saw the bottle, thus making him not blind. This chpater is just ah-in realizing that Seo knows he's not blind but my guess is that Seo's known for a while.

@PastaSouce It has nothing to do with 'playing the hero'.
'Blind' guy might be a prostitute and conartist, but he obviously started hustling to survive.
He knows the guy he gave the watch to doesn't love him, he knows he's being used, but this way at least he knows where he stands - it's an obvious trade.
Finding true love is impossible for him, because who would want something damaged like him.
In a country where your family and reputation still means everything, being a poor street rat makes you pretty much 'worthless' - in countries like India they will still tell you some nasty bullshit about how you deserve your miserable existence because you did something wrong in your past lives, now bend over and just take it up the a**.
In Korea finding proper employment is without good recommendations and an even better education out of your reach, the Chebol families control huge sections of the economy and society.
If you want a secure government job or be an idol, you better be a nepobaby.
This guy is highly intelligent, he knows how to play the game and how to read people.
Running  away isn't as easy as movies make it look like, you can't simply disappear without the right resources and connections.
Gathering evidence and putting that piece of sh** behind bars was so far his best option.

I acknowledge that my response is delayed, but to be honest, this is a life-or-death situation. By continuing to visit, he is conveying the impression that he is oblivious and foolish in returning to him. However, psychopaths and sociopaths are known for their cunning and meticulously planned strategies, so I assume he has already conducted a profile check on the blind person. He is merely toying with the blind individual and is likely amused by it.
