Idk if many ppl who aren't french know this, or if it's in other countries but, in France there's in every schools a private department (idk how to call it) known as " Vie Scolaire" (school life) and it treats things like
- calls (there's a number to call the school, it leads directly to school life)
- Monitor students out of class time
- Manage absences and administration (just part of administration)
It is managed by a group of people who listen to parents and students directly in the school, often near the entrance. There is a hierarchical system of roles, supervisors, CPE, principal. All is made so that the teachers do not have to manage this, of course a parent can always ask for the number of a teacher. Abusive cases where teachers are insulted by message are directly managed by the police, with complaints or handrails.
It's super rare that something like that happens in France thanks to the system of Vie Scolaire
