@Johan he didn't touch her he called to her she didn't respond so he reached out his hand and then she turned and slapped it away insulting him for speaking to her and trying to touch her because he isn't a noble. She would've probably continued to ignore him if he didn't reach out so how is it retarded to try getting someone's attention
