He was so possessed that he didn't realised what he did and only gained his sanity after that. But we can also see how worried and scared he was after realising what he had done to him. I told you.... "Feel bad for the friend of course. He didn't know the MC had s** with him out of pity and he wasn't raping the MC. It's insanely clear that something happened in the cave, either the friend is also possessed by something or a spirit latched onto him and it's controlling him. So yeah... I feel super bad for the friend and the MC. Because the friend is being used to hurt a person he loves.
