But i think he is only indulging him bcz he is a little bit attracted n mainly out of pity as he is a softie to help others.

 I think it's started as a joke, seing this figure who used to have so much power over suha and being a top who didn't care about anything else than his pleasure but now he can't do that anymore and now he is the small in that game of roles. It was sorta revenge that siwoo has after seing soha suffer for so long. 

now I think he will start to like it and I really expect some good development from here

@Seju Dude he cares about Suha that doesn't mean he can't enjoy or have s** with Suha's toxic sh** ex. It's strictly about s e x only. Also to give Do-hyeok his karma back one also have to have some motive, and he is doing that very nicely. Rather than adding a extra character author use the hyung. Simple😁
