I think inseo is afraid of losing him, cause if you put a label like boyfriends or romantic lovers or something then it's possible that one day they might end up breaking up and they won't meet again but if they keep what they have now with no label inseo thinks that they can still continue to see each other even if something happens to them and it won't cause them to break the label and separate them for good.
