It starts with a mountain become deeper plot as it progress which is normal for civ building stories (arcs take longer to resolve because of world building and greater cast of regular characters). Not for people who want constant action and don’t care for big brain strategy since in story politics plays a key role in conflicts and problem solve the Mc needs to deal with, not to mention strategies he uses
Above ten thousand people can feel repetitive due to the premise, but it doesn’t hesitate in borrowing troupes/notable characters from other series to make the reader laugh. I
