Genetic deterioration would not be the main issue, I'm more worried about her developing cancer as the faster cell division that allows her regeneration means that she also is likely to develop harmful mutations from replication error, Unless she is able to undergo perfect mitosis. If this is the case then she has no possible problems at least from a biological perspective in that aspect. Also if she is shot in the head, why can she retain her memories? As regeneration of the brain would leave it in a blank state, unless the regeneration also heals back the exact structure of the brain to its previous state including the precise synaptic connections in her brain. 🤔
