@Yourpapi_1405 the reason the ml didnt tell all of this to him from before is because this kind of information got all the doctors in the institution dead!! Ml wanted to protect the mc by keeping all those secrets away from him, because mc is not just at a risk of being assasinated for knowing this, but if he did from before he would've done somethong impulsive or risky that would've gotten him caught because he often doesn't think that far into the consequences of his decisions in the isnitution. Ml has been working for them for a long time so he knows what they're capable of. He only told him after he saw he was on the verge of death that he felt he didn't want to lose someone precious to him without even telling him the secrets of the is insitution. He realised that if he had lost him that day, he would've gone crazy, so his love for him deepened after he survived and he put enough trust in mc to tell him those secrets because he now knows that he must and CAN protect the mc at any cost. He finally manipulated his relationships with the masters, so he's confident that now the mg knows all these secrets but nobody can touch or harm him.
