@Venus 43 He's straight, I haven't finished, but I sort of researched before reading. From a good guess, I'm thinking the guy that's beat up wants to sleep with him in agreement to take the property. It happens, and it isn't pleasurable for the main character, (R*e, even if consented to, under these agreements its not consensual) which is sort of why I don't think this is meant to be that sort of BL or YAOI or whatever you want to call it. I could, however, be entirely wrong.
