@Sandstone Well, not for nothing they were "selected" to be the heroes. They should be somewhat "chaotic good" against the demon king. But even so i like the fact they can "change", like the robot soldier who as long his family could live a normal life he gave up fighting the demon lord. In this case i can see something similar with the sister of the elf trying to convince this enemy elf.
