The comments are hella depressing: 80% wishing for a manipulative abusive boyfriend of the likes of su-ah... and we are asking why the world is in shambles and toxic as can be?

@Kokoro Bro wth...I'm really trying to see your perspective but it's feels like youre just exaggerating rn. Suah is giving him an ultimatum. Junhyeok can either treat their situationship like an actual relationship or he can decide to learn how to work with alpha pheromones. Suah isnt forcing him rn, Junhyeok can say yes or no. If anything Junhyeok has been the one to use Suah. Using him like a c** machine or smth. I get Suah has faults and hes definitely done wrong things but at the end of the day he isnt intentionally hurting Junhyeok. When he realized his actions hurt Junhyeok he stops them. He constantly puts himself on the short end of the stick by choosing to continue this "relationship" with zero certainty on Junhyeok's feelings or thoughts. Junhyeok can freely use him without acc having to come to terms with his feelings and why he doesn't want to fall in love with Suah. I understand why Junhyeok is the way he is, I've read countless omegaverse stories and I'm a woman so it's basically like my life story atp. However that still doesn't give him the right to treat Suah like that. Junhyeok needs to face his trauma and realize that falling in love doesn't make him any less of a capable and strong man. It just means he loves someone. Suah definitely needs to learn how to be independent and not depend on Junhyeok despite how he protected him as a kid. They're both imperfect people so let's not put all the blame on Suah.
Really pmo how you have me on here defending a man of all things

@manhwadilfs4life yes he is forcing him, manipulating him and he is the 100% cause of the situation.
And now he's abusing his position of power of "being the only right pheromone for jubhyeok".
I sadly can't teach people moral thinking, causal logic and it seems lack of consent, manipulation, obsession, possessiveness, coercion, blackmail and abuse of power are romantic to many people on this site.
the tragic thing is: here are reading 13yo little girls and boys....
we are living in the times of the Epstein files, for da** sake! This is normalizing and romanticizing ra**-culture.
and it is obviously working. I can't even express how sad and worried I am for all these young kids and teenagers.
This kind of interpretation of these stories is basically grooming them into accepting abusive behavior in real life as normal/acceptable and they will only know when it is too late.
I rather have them all be super irritated by my comments and hope to push some button, that might make them more aware at some later time, than staying quiet and shut up.

And please don't tell me "this is only fiction". We read fiction for our enjoyment, but it very much forms how we perceive our real lives.
I enjoy sometimes reading very immoral stories, but not without putting them into context, knowing they are unhinged and toxic etc. BUT I hate to read these devastating comments underneath of people wishing for people who would treat the like these sick characters.
It's clearly a lack of knowledge how to differentiate and recognize toxic behavior from romance. It takes time and sometimes I would hope it doesn't have to take bad experiences for each and everyone to finally understand.
That's why I mostly don't say people are stupid and instead say it's depressing to see where the moral compass has gone and the empathy quotient. School, Media, Government and Capitalism are failing or even destroying humanity(not only the young, but for them I worry the most because they deserve so much better!). Sounds super dramatic but sadly it's based in reality.
I am very sorry this has become an essay including even politics 😅 on your other comment I answered more on the story topic itself. (Don't know if it matters but I am also a woman.) 🫶🏽

@Kokoro Ok you're kinda clocking my tea there. I respect your points. Hope I didn't come off as rude, I truly didn't mean to 😭🙏🏾
@Kokoro I rly appreciate you pushing back in the comments every chapter T_T I think the author has a little too much empathy for their creation here in Su-ah. And it is concerning that his behavior is not seen as unacceptable within the logic of the story.
