@1 Forever Tsukasa fan When an alpha release his pheromones during s3x, there is a very small chance a beta to become an omega. It's easier during alpha rut.

- Either it manifests late (an example of this is Love Shuttle; Gold Gray {manifesting late even though they were an omega to begin with but just MANIFESTED late}) or
- It is diagnosed mistakenly (an example of this is {i have no examples but it can happen if the doctor is.. Bad}) or
- It is a medical condition (an example of this is Beta Off not Dating/Executive No-Love Zone) or
- The pheromones of a dominant alpha is strong enough to change that someone to become an omega (an example of this is Kiss me, Liar) or
- Now lastly, If exposed to a dominant alpha's pheromones for too long, they can become an omega (an example of this is Omega Complex) 

Also only a Dominant Alpha can change a beta to an omega. (Recessive or Dominant Omega)

Although it is most commonly observed that the newly beginning omega becomes recessive.
