 I'll try my best babe! I'll start with why Seungho ran away after he and Nakyum went to visit the Kiesang house (however you spell it lol) 

Recap: in the market, Seungho thought he saw someone from his past, meanwhile Nakyum thinks that Seungho is disgusted with him bc of what happened that night with sh****** lord Min, etc.

Nakyum is trying to cope by (my theory) pretending that he can't remember what happened to him. I think he does but he doesn't want Seungho to worry about him and cast him aside.

Now back to Seungho--the man he thought he saw in the market was from his past: Lord Song. I think Lord Song was Lord Yoon's (seungho's father) friend or private counsel bc he managed to convince Lord Yoon that he could "brainwash the gayness out of him (Seungho)". Back in season 2 (I think) we learned that Seungho was forced to watch grown adults (man and woman) fu** but we never saw who the other man next to Lord Yoon was, the same guy telling Lord Yoon that this treatment was good for Seungho was Lord Song. 

Seungho's trauma stems (mostly) from Lord Song's attempts of "ungayifying" him. 

And now, last season we saw Seungho slaughter the other lords for trying to ra** Nakyum. Somehow, word of Seungho's deeds reached lord yoon's ears and Lord Yoon (I think!) order the witnesses to shut the fu** up and had the shaman's house (where Nakyum was kidnapped and ra***) burned down to hide any evidence pointed toward Seungho. 

seungho didn't order the clean up which is why he was confused and why he choke slammed his servant. He doesn't want his father involved bc lord Yoon will try to get rid of Nakyum.
