He Yang never meant to dress him as that blonde hair, from what I remember, the brand of the clothing and accessories were a legacy from He Yang's mother who ha passed away, and he wanted YanYan to wore what his mother left behind.
and apparently since the blonde hair's famiy and He Yang's family know each other, the blonde hair also wore that brand.
