@just an ordinary bi*** but the problem is that, apart from the girl mc, not only 1 but 2 girls are in love with him and another 2 girls are interested in him and now this girl will probably be interested in him too. So in total there are now 6 girls in the story. So it's definitely a harem.

The other girl is Haruno, who is interested in him because she wants to know why her friends are in love with him. These 2 girls are not in love with him yet, but both of them are interested in him in some way.

@Ikot then explain to me the reason why the MC is one of the girls of the "harem"around Medaka and not Medaka himself.

Minami (Asahi’s best friend) isn’t interested yet in the Mc. So far, she is a wingwoman for Asahi.

The mutual friend of Toma and Mona (Hinami?) isn’t interested in the Mc, she just roots for her two friends. Based on how she reacted when she met the Mc, she isn’t yet interested

and until the next chapter, we have no idea what role this new girl is going to play
