AHAHA I WAS SO SURE and I have a theorie that Mr. Choi was jaekyung's last partner for his jinx bc he said he used to live there and maybe because jaekyung stopped doing intimate things with him he got jealous and decided to steal Dan away from jaekyung or smth like that
