Very cute. While I'm sad it's done, they ended it at the right time honestly. Too much longer and I feel it would be obvious they were making conflict for the sake of conflict.

That being said, what the actual fu** odeli? You said that you gave up on the throne? Now you're taking it? Author-san, keep some fu king consistency in your story... for chapters upon chapters, she was trying to take the throne. Then, she said 'nah' and left for a foreign country with that one merchant or whatever. NOW SHE COMES BACK AND WANTS, NO, TAKES THE THRONE?? Wtf?? Did she marry him? Was that just a lil tease?

I'm pretty sure she is only holding the throne till her nephew is old enough to take charge. Then she's ditching
@Eclipse_goblin then why did she leave in the first place? Maybe I missed something, idk

I think it was to sort out a peace treaty with the other country I'm not to sure th
@thicknick76 yo, did you even read? She dont want the throne. But she is only holding on to the throne until her nephew is old enough to be a king. She even make a promise that she won't ever get married so that her nephew can succeed her once he grows up.

And she didn't leave to foreign country. She went to her nephew's fiancé's country to meet their king to explain that his daughter will become the next queen.

Reason why she needs to go there is because of diplomatic reasons. The king did send her daughter to be her nephew's fiancé with promise he will be the next king and she will be the next queen. But since Princess Odelli succeeded the throne, the succession line becomes hawired. So she need to go to their country to explain to the king. Those things cannot be talk in letters.

@Seraphielle no I'm illiterate, ass****. I didn't have the benefit of binge reading this, it was one chapter a week for probably a year now. Author-san or translator-san were not very clear and reading slowly you forget things.

Thanks for the explanation.
