@artsy_amusing Yes, I fully agree. Before Joo can undergo a radical but gradual change, I think a century will have to pass - but knowing the author a bit, it could also be that Joo doesn't really change and Doc Dan ends up accepting him as he is (since he's already quite infatuated by now despite Joo being rough and boorish with him). After all Joo actually considers Doc Dan as his property, since he 'owns' him with his own money. But I get the impression that in the last few chapters, a new kind of interest can be glimpsed in Joo's gaze, even if imperceptible... Especially when they are intimate on the couch one can notice a more attentive look towards Dan. I wonder if the author wanted to express just this new and small light in Joo's eyes or is it just me speculating on it. Having said that, I too think that Joo will definitely express his jealousy and possessiveness in a toxic and rough way because he considers Doc Dan as his property, but I hope the author tries to spice things up a bit and make it a bit more spicy and overwhelming, just to improve the pace of the plot a bit!
