2 things I'd like to say:
1. My girlfriend adores Parmigiana di Melanzana. And it actually is RELATIVELY easy to make... though there is a sour point, namely the bechamelle, which can be hard to make if you're not already confident. I expect a lot of either really liquidy dishes or a lot of burned milk if the version they use here uses it.
2. Do people in Korea speak like that? Like, calling each other "*Kid's name*'s father/mother"? I aks because asian countries have all kinds of social conventions and this actually feels like it could be one. But at the same time it could just be a really easy way to call each other when you don't know each others' names.
