Iseon : "Just because I wasn't fluttered doesn't mean I didn't feel anything. When I was with you, I felt emotionally stable, attached even. I wanted you to be happy, and I wanted to be the one standing next to you. If that's not love, then what do we call it?"
I agree with him. It's defnitely love. There was no infatuation but always a secure and stable love. It's a matured love. It's not intense love, but healthy love. Especially with long term relationships, every love reaches this point.
@GummyBears it's a platonic love, it's not a love between two people who are romantically involved and you need to understand that yoomin didn't want that nobody would actually it's quite rare , healthy relationship doesn't mean it needs to be like steady stream of water , it's abt all those emotions acting and overcoming and feeling it , maybe iseon did love her but it's not the right love that yoomin wanted
@levi da You are right that Yoomin doesn't want that type of love. But I don't think it's platonic at this point. It's not just how Iseon is describing it, it's also his facial expression and his POV from the past. You can see he's clearly sad and in the flashbacks he does see her with sparkles (LOL that's how the author made that one panel). It's how I interpret it based on how everything is drawn. He does say that when they first started the relationship he thought he couldn't give her what she wanted but then the more time he spent with her, he was so happy. I think he will be a bit late to realize it, that it's love. So I don't think it's platonic
@GummyBears I agree with your views. You've explained well what I thought of his feelings. Not always the ideal for everyone but this is also how some people love. In the end I guess it's about finding someone who can relate to that kind of love.
@GummyBears i think so too! But i just don't think that that's what yoomin type of love is. Everyone can choose how they want to be treated. I get why she felt betrayed tho, everything unknown feels scary
