If MC gets to above level 90 he will get an additional 400000 attribute for each stat and will become 10x stronger than his master

@Yagami Light 10x is a very very conservative estimate...
@Yagami Light well the scepter isn't even fully repaired yet so it's probably even higher then 400000 and even if it's not remember he already has a better one that plus 500000 to all attributes
