@Dina yup, very sad tbh he clearly genuinely loves him and hoped all his life that they aren't blood related even though he knew they were, his love for him made him literally lose it:(
rarely therapy even works for incest but usually siblings don't see it as something wrong so at least he has since he wanted to gaslight himself into thinking they weren't blood related so it doesn't make him completely gone mentally but still sad and a tough topic :((
