@Kenma well people in my class smoke and drink. They are part of gangs (school ones, not real ones), but they don't really do anything(that i have heard of) and usually just meet up and chat.

@Kenma boys in my high school used to fight with another schools boys.  It was pretty out of control at that time. They even were caught by the police.  I've graduated in 2011. So back then things were out of control.  Nowadays school principles do their job.
