So in my understanding the demons dont want to go to war because there was nothing to obtain from it but ragibach see's that there is something to gain from it which is having power/control towards others in order for her to have her own paradise, she basically wants to take over the world i guess (this is just from my own understanding i apologize in advance if it is wrong in some ways)
