@Josh they can in so many manhas, but since every story may change amogaverse rules, some authors say the probability of a recessive omega to get pregnant is very low, no that they aren't able to become pregnant. This manhwa is just different, in many omegaverse manhwas, dominant omegas do exist, in this one they supposedly not.
