ok so my theorey is , like when your dad remarries or gets a new girlfriend, but your the teenage boy who has a crush on the step mom. in his case i think maybe his love/ obsession grew and maybe he was under pressure to make money off him or by having him engage in such extreme acts with the royal class system he would completely turn away and fall for muyeon instead or perhaps to make a large enough sum of money off the father than he could then run away with the father together, but with his dying breath the father saw his betrayal and the anger in his spirit and an empty vessel probably gave the demon a chance so it fled to inhabit his body feeding off his rage which is why is probably massacred those men. it was a group s** session that went extreme to please the men. i think they may of snapped his neck or ruptured his bowels inside from the extreme hanging they did., it pulls from his neck and slams his body back down. so a horrendous violent death, idk if muyeong knew how extreme it would be since they clearly teased him for having feelings for him so he let them do those acts to prove to himself maybe??
