Depends on who puts what where to who.
Nr. 1 she puts it in him he will get prego( female alphas have a V..... And a retractable P.... At the Cli.....
Nr. 2 he puts it in her (tho there is a small chance she can get pregnant by a male omega)
but it's more likely for a alpha male/female to impregnate another alpha female than this option .
