Being overly jealous is not good, but it's okay to show that you are jealous a little bit through your facial expression or something. Acting calm would just make thing worse for both you and your partner ~_~

Acting calm would only make things worse for an overly-insecure partner. Jealousy isn't necessary in a relationship, especially a healthy one.
@spork what I meant by 'acting calm' is lying that you are fine even though you are jealous, is lying to both yourself and your partners. How can you maintain a real healthy relationship by lying?
